ESI Cascading Cold Storage Chamber

Built by Bahnson Environmental Specialties, this unique walk-in facility limits the temperature loss associated with separate chambers by cascading from a 5°C refrigerated walk-in into a -20°C walk-in which contains a -80°C six door reach-in vault. This design maximizes the efficiency of the units and provides a virtually frost free environment.

Features:

• A six door 1,100 cu. ft. -80°C reach-in chamber located within a 3,600 cu. ft. -20°C chamber, both entered through a 3,600 cu. ft. 5°C refrigerator for maximum efficiency
• Dedicated Dry Air System provides an ultra-dry environment with almost 0% humidity
• Redundant mechanical refrigeration systems and LN₂ backup
• One of only 3 facilities like this in the world
• Chambers are monitored though our unique Masy Commander system and access is restricted through the use of ID Cards
• 24-7 monitoring and surveillence by multiple levels of alarms and alerts
• Two independent generators each capable of running the entire facility for 3 days.
• Triple redundant HVAC
• cGMP compliant and client audited on a regular basis
• Each chamber is secured by a CyberLock with Audit Trail
